REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Documents Needed for Student Enrollment
To complete the application process, please prepare the following documents:
🔷 For the Student
1. Birth Certificate (copy)
2. Passport or National ID (copy)
3. House Registration (for Thai students, if available)
4. Immunization Record / Vaccination Booklet
5. Two recent ID photos (1 or 2 inches, front-facing)
6. Previous school transcript or report card (if transferring from another school)
🔷 For the Parent / Guardian
1. Parent or Guardian’s Passport or National ID (copy)
2. House registration for Thai citizen
3. Guardianship Document (if the guardian is not the child’s legal parent)
Note:
• All documents must be clear and legible.
• Non-English documents may require an official English or Thai translation.
• The school may request additional documents such as a medical certificate or recommendation from the previous school (if applicable).
